We had an amazing new year experience here! the rooms were so fresh and clean, with a cool and delicious scent. the proximity to the beach was the best advantage, making it easy to walk right out onto the sandy shores. We also loved that we could easily access shops and restaurants nearby. the resort even provided beach towels, making daily beach visits a breeze. And did we mention the breathtaking sea view from our room?
The staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating. the waiters at the family pool seemed to be doing us a favor when they finally attended to us.

The service at the resort was exceptional, with the friendly staff always willing to assist us. We especially enjoyed the well-kept gardens and the clean rooms. The resort's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants, and just a stone's throw away from the beach.
We also found one of the common areas to lack atmosphere. The resort could benefit from expanding their dining options and improving the ambiance in some areas.

The location is fantastic, being right on the main beach. It's so nice to be able to walk straight out onto the sand and enjoy the ocean. the resort facilities are excellent, with a full kitchen in each unit and a courtesy car and tuktuks available.
The variety of eating places on-site is limited, and it would be a bonus to have a halaal restaurant available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Umhlanga. the location is unbeatable, right on the promenade in an exclusive area. It was so convenient, especially for my kids who could just walk straight onto the beach. Secondly, the staff were wonderful, providing excellent service and attention to detail. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a view of the beautiful plant. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning.
Everything was perfect, nothing to improve.
